Arbitration Petition (L) No.2018 of 2014 is restored to file. Order passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master dismissing the petition under Rule 986 of High Court Original Side Rules is set aside. The petitioner in the said petition undertakes to pay the deficit payment of court fees if any, within one week from today. Undertaking is accepted.
