An affidavit in reply is filed by the Respondent No.1. It is submitted that the directions given by this Court by its order dated 15th September, 2014 have been complied with. 2.

The Petitioner has filed the Contempt Petition, alleging that there is no compliance of the directions given by this Court. Respondent No.1 has filed their affidavit in reply. In paragraph No.12, it has stated that the directions given by this Court by order dated 15.9.2014 have been complied with and an interim report has already been submitted to the High Power Committee on 22.4.2015. It is further submitted that the 2/4

CONPW. 18-15 application which is pending before the HPC will be decided expeditiously on merits.

In view of the said affidavit in reply and since the order passed by us is complied with, the contempt petition is disposed of.
