A tender for Operation of Floating Restaurant in Mumbai Port was published and the process in furtherance thereof has been challenged in this writ petition.

An affidavit has been filed by a public body namely; respondent No.1- Mumbai Port Trust, stating therein that the whole process has been withdrawn. Once the Mumbai Port 1/2 901-WP-185-2017.doc

Trust has decided to withdraw the subject-tender and re-invite the bid, then, nothing survives in the writ petition, it is disposed of in the light of this affidavit filed by the Port Trust. Ad-interim order, if any, stands vacated.
