The Petitioners seek a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Shobha Prem Hasija, who is said to have died intestate in Mumbai, where she was ordinarily resident, on 15th September 2014. She was survived by her two daughters Rachana and Kaveeta and at that time by her husband, Prem. He himself died on 30th November 2014. The Petitioners are thus only legal heirs of the deceased, Shobha. 2.

No other Petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will 6th June 2018
