Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned counsel representing the second Respondent. Advocate for the Applicants states that notice of the Chamber Summons has been served to the other Respondents. We accept the statement. We direct the Applicants to file an affidavit of service within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support and in particular paragraph 3 thereof, we make the Chamber Summons absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks.
