The Petitioner is present in person. She is one of the daughters of one Raju Banwarilal Jedia who is said to have been died intestate at Mumbai, where he was ordinarily resident, on 7th July 2014. He was survived by his widow, a son and three daughters, one of whom is the present Petitioner. A proclamation has been issued. An Affidavit of Service is on file. 2.

The Petitioner requires a Legal Heirship Certificate to apply for a job on compassionate grounds. The other heirs have granted their consent and their Consent Affidavits are annexed to the Petition.

No other application for heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration has been filed. 4.

There is no impediment to the grant of this Petition under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827. The Petition is, therefore, made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 5.
