By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks the following relief :- (a) That this Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent to take immediate action on the complaints addressed to the Respondent and its officers by the Petitioner against illegal construction, extension, etc., carried out at Plot No. 52/B, VLT No.281, situated at 60 feet road, Kumbharwada, 1 st Wadi, Kharwa Chawl, near Ambe Mata Temple, Dharavi, Mumbai 400 017 by Kishore Manji Parmar; 1/2 3-os-wpl-3764-19.doc

The learned Advocate appearing for the Municipal Corporation, on instructions, states that Assistant Commissioner 'G' North Ward shall dispose of the complaint of the Petitioner dated 9 th October, 2019 within a period of four weeks from today. In view thereof, the Assistant Commissioner 'G' North Ward is directed to decide the complaint dated 9 th October, 2019 Exh.I to the Writ Petition within a period of four weeks from today and to take appropriate action, if he finds substance in the complaint, in accordance with law. 3.

The above Writ Petition stands disposed off.
