The Notice of Motion seeks recall and setting aside of an order of dismissal of the petition on the ground of non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the self-operative order of rejection dated 1 September 2015 is recalled and set aside and the petition is restored on board. The Petitioner to remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed without recourse to this Court.
