Learned advocate representing the petitioner has taken discharge by filing a chamber order. By an order dated 23rd February, 2016 passed by S.C. Gupte, J., the earlier advocate was directed to inform the petitioner about the next date of the hearing and also to communicate the order passed by this Court. The petitioner was granted a last chance to apply for admission of the arbitration petition. The matter was adjourned to 2nd March, 2016.

By an order dated 10th March, 2016, this Court directed the respondent to inform the petitioner that the matter is now kept on board for admission on 31st March, 2016 and to file affidavit of service 1/2

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent tenders affidavit of service and submits that the petitioner has been duly informed of the order passed by this Court. The petitioner has received the said letter on 16th March, 2016. The respondent has annexed a proof of service of the said letter in the affidavit of service. The affidavit of service is taken on record. None appeared for the petitioner, though served.

The arbitration petition is accordingly dismissed by default. No order as to costs.
