The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Shephali Mormare Conciliation Act 1996. Certain disputes arose between the parties with respect to an Exclusive Ticketing Agreement dated 30th March by Shephali Mormare Date: 2020.11.04 12:22:14 +0530 2016. The Court had appointed Mr Shyam Kapadia, Advocate, vide order dated 7th December 2017 as the Sole Arbitrator. The Sole 2nd November 2020

29-ARBPL-98-2020.DOC Arbitrator entered upon the reference to the arbitration shortly thereafter and the matter proceeded before him. 3.

After the original arbitral mandate ended, it was extended by the tribunal for six months by mutual consent of the parties on 9th December 2018. The extended arbitral mandate ended on 16th June 2019.

The arbitral proceedings have reached the stage where the final arguments of both the parties have concluded and the Learned Arbitrator has posted the matter for passing of the Award. 5.

Having regard to these circumstances, and more particularly in view of the current pandemic and various restrictions, I am extending the arbitral mandate until 22nd December 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings.

The petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. 7.
