The learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks time to file affidavit-in-rejoinder.

The learned for the defendant Nos.2 and 3 submits that the reply to be filed on behalf of defendant Nos.2 and 3 is ready and can be filed and served on the plaintiffs soon.

Let the defendant Nos.2 and 3 file affidavit-in-reply and serve its copy on the plaintiffs on or before 21st January 2022. 6.

The plaintiffs are at liberty to file affidavit-in-rejoinder to the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the defendant Nos.1 and 10 and to be filed on behalf of defendant Nos.2 and 3, by 2nd February 2022. 7.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff invites the attention of the Court to the order passed by the Appeal Bench, whereby the parties were directed to maintain status-quo till today. 8.

The parties shall maintain the status-quo, as ordered, till the next date.
