By this chamber summons, the applicant seeks amendment to the writ petition by adding the names of the legal heirs of the respondent no.3 as party-respondents in place of the respondent no.3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that his clients have no objection if the amendment is allowed as prayed. Statement is accepted. 3.

Chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. 4.
