1] The Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the order dated 18th September 2017 passed by the State Information Commissioner vide which the Second Appeal preferred by the Petitioner has been rejected. 2] Learned Information Commissioner while dismissing the Second Appeal of the Petitioner has relied upon the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Girish Ramchandra Deshpande Vs. (Civil) No.27734 of 2012 dated 03.10.2012] has found that the information which was sought by the Petitioner was with regard to the personal information of other employees regarding their salaries and Income Tax Returns etc. It has been found that such an information cannot be directed to be granted under the Right to Information Act.
