(Civil) No.27734 of 2012 dated 03.10.2012] has found that the information which was sought by the Petitioner was with regard to the personal information of other employees regarding their salaries and Income Tax Returns etc. It has been found that such an information cannot be directed to be granted under the Right to Information Act.
