The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the petition, one of the legal heirs as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition, at serial no.3 (married daughter), has expired. The learned counsel has therefore taken out an Interim Application to bring on record the consent of the legal heirs of the said deceased Dipali Dinesh Dike on record and also the consent of the petitioners to obtain the heirship certificate. 2.

Interim application accordingly is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Amendment to be carried out on or before 16 th December, 2022.
