Perused the Court Receiver's Report. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that the Court Receiver may be discharged. She undertakes on behalf of the Petitioner to pay the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver as well as the cost of this Report quantified at Rs.3,000/- within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. In view thereof, the above Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : "(a)The Court Receiver may be discharged in view of nonlodgment of Petition along with the order by the petitioner company;
(b)The cost of this Report may be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- and the Petitioner may be directed to deposit the same with the Court Receiver;"
