Perused the Court Receiver's Report. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that the Court Receiver may be discharged and that the Petitioner undertakes to pay costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver as well as the cost of this Report quantified at Rs.3,000/- within a period of one week from today. The undertaking is accepted. In view thereof, the above Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c), which are reproduced hereunder : "(b)Court Receiver may be discharged for non-cooperation by Petitioner without passing accounts with a directions to Petitioner to pay costs, charges and expenses;
(c) Cost of this Report may please be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rs. Three Thousand only) and may be directed to come out of the funds in the hands of the Court Receiver;" ssp 1/2
