1] The learned counsel for the Plaintiffs has received an email communication from Mr. Sandeep Shah on 08.07.2023 seeking withdrawal of the Suit since his father expired in the year 2022 and according to him, his father alongwith his mother and friends had filed the Suit, which he has no desire to prosecute. Hence, it is prayed that the Suit may be permitted to be withdrawn.
