Perused the records and proceedings, in this matter the present Insolvency Notice was issued on 14th February, 2017, however, till date no Affidavit of service of this Insolvency Notice upon the Judgment Debtor is filed by the Judgment Creditor, therefore, this Insolvency Notice is dismissed for want of prosecution under Rule 52(d) of the Bombay Insolvency Rules, 1910.
