Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition as the matter has been settled between the parties under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner also states that the amount that the Petitioner was directed to deposit in this Court, by an Order dated 18th September 2019 passed by this Court, be permitted to be withdrawn by the Petitioner along with interest accrued thereon. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection to the same. 3.

Accordingly, the following order is passed:- (a) The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn.

(b) Petition disposed of as withdrawn.
