The present Chamber Summons is filed by the Applicant - DHL Workers Union seeking relief of intervention in Writ Petition No. 2064 of 2010 as necessary party to the writ petition. 2.
The learned Senior Counsel Mr. Singhvi submits that without prejudice to the contentions raised by both the parties to the writ petition and without prejudice to the rights of the workers employed by DHL Worldwide Express (I) Pvt. Ltd., the Chamber Summons may be allowed for the sake of speedy adjudication of the issue in question.

In view of this, Chamber Summons is allowed. The Petitioner shall take appropriate steps.
