On 30 January 2023 the petitioner was not represented, hence, the Court has passed the following order:- "1.

None appeared for the petitioner when the petition was called out in the morning session. Even on the second call during the post lunch session when the petition is called out, the petitioner is not represented. However, as a matter of last chance, stand over to 31 January 2023.

If on the adjourned date of hearing the petitioner is not represented, there shall be no alternative, but to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution."

Again today when the petition is called out for hearing, the petitioner is absent. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to prosecute this petition. It is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
