(b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to recall and set aside the order dated 15th November, 2014 passed by this Hon'ble Court dismissing the Company Petition No. 229 of 2014 for

Nitin 2 / 2 994-CA-118-2015 want of prosecution and restore the same on the file of this Hon'ble Court and allow the Applicant (original Petitioner) to proceed on merits ".
