By this company application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 1 year and 180 days in filing the affidavit of claim before the learned official liquidator. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the Company Prosecutor and also have perused the averments made in the company application. In my view, the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay as prayed.
