For the reasons stated in Para 3 of the affidavit filed in Notice of Motion, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non appearance of the learned counsel when the case was called. In the circumstances, we allow the Notice of Motion and order restoration of the Writ Petition along with all the Applications and Chamber Summons to its original number as per CMIS date. 2.
