Mr.K.S.Bapat i/by R.S.Tripathi for Rashtriya Kamgar Union (Noticee). ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 24.4.2018 P.C.:- Counsel for petitioner and Counsel for the company and Mr.Bapat appearing for Union, request that the following order be passed by consent :- (a) Rashtriya Kamgar Union will pay sum of Rs.72,960/- to petitioner which is the amount that was with the Union and payable to petitioner's late husband. Mr.Bapat states that this amount will be paid on or before 3.5.2018".

Petitioner has tendered a joint affidavit of 4 persons viz.(1) Anitha S. Shetty ; (2) Chandrahas S.Shetty ; (3) Aruna S.Shetty and

(4) Shashi S.Shetty affirmed on 18.3.2018 in which it is stated that KJ

2/2 CP327.16-2 these 4 persons and petitioner are the only legal heirs of late Sarva G.Shetty who died intestate on or about 29.2.1992. PetitionerNetravathi states that these are the only 4 children that she had from late Sarva G.Shetty. In the affidavit it is also stated that the amount of Rs.72,960/- be paid over to petitioner in full and final settlement of all claims of petitioner and other legal heirs in respect of the subject matter of this petition.

Mr.Udeshi for the company states that he has received a separate writing from petitioner that neither she nor her children will raise any claim against the company or Union or Krishna Steel and/or its successors.

Petition accordingly stands disposed.
