By this Official Liquidator's Report (OLR), the official liquidator is seeking appropriate directions for fixing reserve price and EMD in respect of immovable property of the company in liquidation. The official liquidator is seeking further directions for sale of the said immovable property, including approval of the draft terms and conditions of the sale etc.

This Court has perused the valuation report. Considering the same, the reserve price is fixed at Rs.15,50,000/- and the EMD shall be Rs.1,50,000/-.
