Having taken instructions from his client, Mr. Mone, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 makes a statement that the Petitioner is being paid the compensation in lieu of transit accommodation in accordance with the development agreement, which is on par with other occupants. He further makes a statement that said amount would be continuously paid to the Petitioner till she is given permanent alternate accommodation.

In view of the statement made on behalf of Respondent No. 2 and 3, power of attorney holder of the Petitioner fairly concedes that grievance raised in the writ petition no more survives. The petition is accordingly disposed of.

In view of the disposal of main writ petition, the notice of motion taken out in this writ petition is rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of.
