Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :
(i) The learned Advocate for the Company on instructions undertakes to deposit an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted.
(ii) In the event of the said amount being deposited, the Petitioner shall be at liberty to take out appropriate proceedings qua the claim of the Petitioner and the said amount shall be disbursed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master as per the directions/orders obtained by the Petitioner from the appropriate Court.

cp 8 of 2010 (1035).sxw (iii) In the event of the Company committing default in depositing the said amount, the Company Petition shall stand allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :
(a) that the Respondent Company i.e. M/s. Vibgyor Texotech Ltd., be wound up under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956;
