This chamber summons seeks amendment of the cause title by impleading the Official Liquidator of the Defendant company, which has during the pendency of the present suit been ordered to be wound up. The Plaintiff has already obtained leave under Section 446 of the Companies Act, 1956.

The chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Reverification is dispensed with. The suit to appear on board for directions on 20 July 2017. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
