The learned AGP on instructions states that the Superintendent, Mumbai City Survey and Land Records, Mumbai, will decide the pending Application made by the Petitioner which is at Exhibit-C to the Petition within a period of two weeks from today. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner desires to produce additional documents. 3.

Hence, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order:

(a) We direct the authorized representative of the Petitioner to appear before the Superintendent, Mumbai City Survey and Land Records, Mumbai, on 23rd December 2016 at 11.00 a.m.;

(b) The Petitioner shall produce additional documents along with a representation on that date. No further time shall be granted;

(c) The Superintendent, Mumbai City Survey and Land Records, Mumbai, shall pass an appropriate order on the pending Application of the Petitioner within a period of 15 days from 23rd December 2016;

(d) All the contentions of the Petitioner on merits are kept open;

(e) The Petition is disposed of on above terms;

(f) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
