The Petitioner has taken out the above Company Scheme Petition for the following reliefs :

"(a) that the reduction of Equity Shares as approved in terms of the Special Resolution passed by the equity shareholders and Equity shareholders at their Extra Ordinary General meeting held on 27 th August, 2014 be confirmed and passed by this Hon'ble Court;

Though, the Petitioner by the above Company Scheme Petition is seeking confirmation of this Court as regards reduction of Equity Shares in ssp 1/2

csp 281 of 2015 (968).sxw terms of the Special Resolution passed by the equity shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) held on 27th August, 2014, the said Special Resolution is nowhere to be found in the above Petition. In view thereof, the Company Scheme Petition and Company Summons for Direction are rejected with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh Petition as well as Company Summons for Direction if so advised.
