"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 1 years 235 days in filing the Affidavit of Claim of the Applicant.

(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Official

The Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim of the Applicant within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the claim from the Applicant.
