Mr. Aithe states that following the notice inviting claim issued by the Official Liquidator, the office of Official Liquidator has received various claims which have all been adjudicated. Mr. Aithe states that there are many claims, in which, amounts are payable by the company in liquidation and unless those claims are satisfied, this court should not recall the order of winding up. I agree with the submissions made by Mr. Aithe. Interim application therefore dismissed with liberty to applicant to discharge all the claims adjudicated by the Official Liquidator, thereafter apply for recall of winding up order. If, applicant is unhappy with the adjudication orders, they are at liberty to challenge the same.
