Ms.Singh appearing for plaintiff states that they have no objection if the applicant is allowed to intervene in the suit. The official liquidator though served, did not remain present on 10th January 2018 and even today, no reply opposing the application is filed. 24.chs.6.2018.doc In the circumstances, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

So far as prayer clauses (c), (d, (e) and (f) are concerned, Mr. Fernandes states leave be granted to take out fresh application. Leave granted.

Chamber summons accordingly disposed.

Plaintiff to amend the plaint and serve a copy of the amended plaint upon defendants including newly added defendant no.3 within three weeks from today. Within two weeks of receiving amended plaint, defendants to file written statement/additional written statement and serve a copy thereof upon plaintiff.
