By this miscellaneous petition filed under section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827, the petitioners who are widow, son and daughter of the deceased Mr.Rajan Mookiah Nadar who died on 8th February, 2018 seeks heirship certificate. A copy of the death certificate is annexed to the petition.

In paragraph (4) of the petition, the names of the said legal heirs of the petitioner are mentioned. In the said paragraph (4), it is mentioned that there are no other legal heirs except the legal heirs whose names are disclosed in the said paragraph of the petition. The statements made in the petition are accepted. Proclamation is dispensed with. The petitioners have made out a case for issuance of legal heirship certificate.
