For the reasons stated in paragraphs 6 and 9 of the affidavit in support of the motion, order dated 1st December, 2016 is recalled and Writ Petition No. 2044 of 2006 is restored to the file and notice of motion is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (b). 2.

Place the writ petition on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 14th March, 2017.
