1) This Chamber Summons has been filed by Plaintiff seeking an amendment of the plaint in terms of the Schedule annexed thereto. The amendment that is sought to be brought on record is basically the change of the name of the plaintiff. 1/2 20-chs-14-18.doc

This being the case, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of the prayer clause (a) which reads thus :- (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant the Applicant/Plaintiff leave to amend the Plaint in terms of Schedule I of the Chamber Summons, without prejudice to the reliefs prayed for therein;

2) The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today and a copy of the amended plaint shall be served on the Advocates for the defendants within a period of two weeks thereafter.

3) Chamber summons is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
