By this petition filed under section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 , the petitioner who is the mother of the deceased Ramesh Machindra Wanve, who died on 1.4.2017 seeks heirship certificate. A copy of the death certificate of the said deceased is annexed to the petition. It is stated in the petition that the said deceased died intestate. In Para 4 of the petition it is stated that the said deceased died as bachelor and left behind him the petitioner as legal heir and mother of the deceased falling in Class I.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 26.11.2018 the petitioner has issued proclamation and has also filed afÏdavit of service dated 14.1.2019. No objection has been received from any of the parties pursuant to the said proclamation.

The statements made in the petition are accepted The petitioner has made out a case of issuance of the legal heirship certificate. 4.
