The Petitioners have challenged the permission granted to the Respondent No.3 to carry out construction on the plot mentioned in the order dated 23 rd March, 2015. The learned Senior Advocate appearing for Respondent No.3 on instructions states that he has instructions to inform the Court that the Respondent No.3 is not desirous of carrying out construction on the said plot.
