After arguing for some time, when the Respondents have pointed out the Arbitration Clause and asserted that the dispute raised by the Petitioner is a subject that can be resolved by way of arbitration as agreed between the parties in Clause 13 of the Agreement, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Petitioner is ready to get the dispute raised in this Petition resolved through arbitration as agreed between the parties. 2.

In light of this position, we dispose of the Petition leaving the parties to invoke mechanism under Clause 13 of their Agreement for resolving the lgc
