This Arbitration Petition has been filed under section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 seeking an extension of time for a period of six months to complete the arbitration proceedings and pass a final award. This application is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents.

Considering the averments made in the Petition and the minutes of the meeting held on 26th March 2018 of the Arbitral Tribunal, the Petition is VRD 1/2

The Arbitration Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
