The Petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. There is no question of hearing the Caveator on this Notice of Motion, since his own Caveat is under objection and the Petition has not yet been renumbered.

The Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

All office objections to be removed on or before 2nd September 2016.

There will be no further extensions. In default, the Petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and will not be restored thereafter.

The Caveator will also have time till 2nd September 2016 to remove of all office objections.

7.

Liberty to the parties to apply.
