This is a Indian Adoption Petition in relation to a male minor, Kevin, born on 11th August 2003. He was an inmate of the Missionaries of Charity, Mumbai. This organisation proposed the minor in guardianship to the present Petitioners in Guardianship Petition No. 26 of 2007. That Petition was allowed on 28th February 2007. Following the decision of F.I. Rebello J (as he then 20th December 2016

The Petitioners reside in Goa. They are about 49 and 50 years old respectively. They have been married for 25 years. They have a biological daughter Priyanna, who is today 23 years old. The health and financial reports and documents of the Petitioners are in order. The Petitioners have deposited an amount of Rs.77,252/- in the name of the minor pursuant to this Court directions on 17th February 2010. The investment is in LIC Jeevan Kishor with profits. The certificate is on record.

There is an adoption home study and follow up visit report. This is entirely positive. The minor's health is normal. He is close to his parents and well settled. He is fluent in four languages and currently studies in the 8th Standard in a school at Saligao, Goa. 4.

I have no hesitation in allowing the Petition. 5.
