Perused the order dated 19th December, 2017. Time to carry out amendment in terms of the said order was extended till 8th January, 2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners have not come forward to carry out amendment and therefore, he could not comply with the order dated 19th December, 2017. He states that he has not received any instructions. In view of the aforesaid statements, we dismiss the Petition for non-prosecution.
