Court Receiver seeks discharge on account of non-lodgment of the order appointing the Court Receiver.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has already applied for execution of the award passed in the matter and that in any event, the Receiver needs to be discharged. 3.
The Court Receiver's Report is, accordingly, made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). The charges and expenses of Court Receiver, including the cost of the report, shall be paid by the Petitioner to the Court Receiver within a period of three weeks after the Court Receiver handing over his bill of costs, charges and expenses to the Petitioner.
