The Court Receiver's report seeks discharge on account of non lodgment of the Petition along with the order by the Petitioner. In this matter, a final award has been passed by the Arbitrator appointed in the matter and the Petitioner has now applied for execution. Accordingly, the Petitioner has no objection to the Receiver being discharged. Accordingly, the Court Receiver is discharged without passing accounts, but subject to payment of costs, charges Pg 1 of 2
