The Court Receiver's report seeks discharge on account of non lodgment of the Petition along with the order by the Petitioner. In this matter, the Respondent - borrower has already foreclosed the account and does not owe any sum to the Petitioner. Accordingly, the Court Receiver is discharged without passing accounts, but subject to payment of costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver by the Petitioner in accordance with the provisional statement of account to be submitted by the Court Receiver within a period of four weeks from today. The costs of this report awarded in the sum of Rs.3000/- shall also be paid by the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. The Court Receiver's report is disposed of accordingly.
