In this Petition, the Court Receiver has applied for discharge on account of non lodgment of the Petition along with the order by the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by an order dated 16 December 2014, the Court Receiver has already been discharged, subject to the payment of costs, charges and expenses of the Petitioner. The Petitioner shall pay the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver within a period of three weeks from today. Accordingly, no order is necessary to be passed on the Court Receiver's report, except directing the Petitioner to pay the costs, charges and expenses and also the costs of the earlier report, within a period of three weeks from today.
