The Court Receiver's report seeks discharge on account of non lodgment of the Petition along with the order by the Petitioner. In this matter, the dispute between the parties have been settled and, accordingly, the Petitioner has no objection to the Receiver being discharged. Accordingly, the Court Receiver is discharged without passing accounts, but subject to payment of the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver by the Petitioner in accordance with a provisional statement of account to be submitted by the Court Receiver within a period of four weeks from today. The costs of this report awarded in the sum of Rs.3000/- shall also be paid by the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. The Court Receiver's report is disposed of accordingly.
