The Court Receiver's Report seeks a discharge of the Court Receiver on account of non-lodgment of the Petition together with the order of appointment of the Court Receiver.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent debtors have already foreclosed the account and that the Court Receiver can be discharged.

The Court Receiver's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). The costs, charges, including costs of Pg 1 of 2
